- I use the same modem.
- Don't forget that there a number of factors which
- determine connect speed, many of which are beyond your
- control. For example, some numbers at my ISP allways
- connect at 28,8. Some never do. And others range from
- 19,2 to 28,8 depending on the phase of the moon (only
- joking, but that explanation is as good-- or useful-- as
- the ones given by my provider)
